Why we built Finbit
Finbit started with a simple test: could every price a customer pays fit on one screen? Most banks we looked at needed a booklet. We wanted a price list short enough to read on a phone.
From there the rest followed. A PIN on every payment, because a stolen password should never be enough to move money. Statements you can export, because your money records belong to you. And a support inbox inside the app, so every conversation stays in one place.
Finbit is a demonstration bank. It shows how a modern bank could work, but it does not hold real money.
We serve customers from every background with straightforward accounts, honest pricing and support from people who answer.
